These terms apply when you use GetCarFinance. The service is operated by BMNC Ltd trading as GetCarFinance, company number 16714761, with registered office at Unit 21 Longfields Road, Barnsley, S71 3HT. The website is intended for people seeking information about UK car finance; any provider may impose its own eligibility requirements.

General information, not personal advice

Our commercial role

GetCarFinance acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce applicants to a limited panel of finance providers and may receive commission from a lender or finance provider for an introduction. Lenders decide whether to lend and on what terms. Finance is subject to status, affordability, lender criteria and terms. We do not guarantee acceptance, a rate or an available product.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information clear and accurate, but products, laws, guidance and provider processes can change. We do not promise that every page or service will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Check important information against current agreement and provider documents.

Technology providers and finance recipients

GetCarFinance uses third-party lead-management form and CRM technology to provide its commercial application journey. Those suppliers support delivery of the GetCarFinance service for BMNC Ltd; their technology does not make them the owner of the customer journey or the organisation making lending decisions.

Relevant application information may be shared with lenders, finance providers and other recipients where appropriate. Lenders make their own finance decisions, and external recipients may apply their own terms and privacy notices for their processing and services.

Links may lead to other organisations' websites. Their content, availability and practices are outside our control, subject always to rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, GetCarFinance website content, branding and original presentation are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce, sell or systematically extract content without permission.

Acceptable use
